Correct on the first part, subjectively incorrect on the second part. Having joke credits that pays homage to movies they drew inspiration from is definitely neat. And since this is my video that's that.
@@NicoPlaysIndies Sorry I do agree with you. It just seems so dirty nowadays (especially since it was Konami) and it sort of overshadows the cool part of it. It has taken a long time to uncover information about the development of the first Castlevania and practices like this have not helped.
@@goatbone I agree that it's sad they didn't get to officially credit the people that worked on the game. Every single person that works on a game deserves that recognition for their hard work, thankfully the poaching concern is a thing of the past. But I enjoyed the jokey nature of what they provided as a trade off so it's better than nothing IMO. A shame they didn't add the proper credits into the later releases like the NES Classic version on GBA.
That's a good question. I would say this by a little bit. It felt more fluid and fun to control you character, Lords of Exile felt a tad too slow and stiff. Both games are really fun though.
I KNOW YOUR SAYING IT LIKE THAT TO BE TRIGGERING😂.look forward to this one🎉
It would be nice if you would include a link to the game you are talking about, in the description. Your review made me want to buy it.

0:55 It was common at the time to not credit developers to prevent other companies from poaching them. It's not an Easter Egg and far from neat.

Do you prefer this or Lords of Exile?
