27 sq/m and I'm not sure for a 2 bedroom tbh. You should check out DDProperty and you can put exact filters for property searching, both to buy and rent. But remember, I don't recommend buying property in Thailand unless you plan to do business with said property, but that's for the individual to decide upon

W**d is illegal in Malaysia. I love the food, but I'm in constant pain from my military service and I prefer living in countries that have rec/med legal use available so I don't have to take pain pills everyday

Yeah they prefer it over short term rentals. Some condos might be cool with short term but most of the nicer ones aren't.
