As you know, I listened to your videos before I left to do my nine months. They really helped me make it through. I repeatedly said to myself “Justin said don’t get hurt, don’t get sick”. You were right. Guys hurt themselves playing sports, and some had to wait hours for help. For the “saints” commenting that we deserve to go to prison, Justin never said she didn’t. He only said that she needs to use her time to be productive and to participate in her new community. That may give her the humility that she obviously lacks. Thanks my friend.

I looked it up and found this: "Bananadine is a fictional psychoactive substance which is supposedly extracted from banana peels. A hoax recipe for its "extraction" from banana peel was originally published in the Berkeley Barb in March 1967."

Introspection - there you said it. I doubt whether Tina can, unless things get even worse for her. She's been hustling before prison, hustling is probably what she will fall into inside, it's her MO. Tommy did 13 years (3 separate stretches) in federal and state prisons for unarmed bank robbery and gun running (supporting his heroin habit of 30 years.) He’s been sober for 9 years now, and he started the channel a few years ago to provide connection and peer support to people in recovery or otherwise looking to build habits in alignment with our values. He’s big on journaling/self-reflection and being as honest as possible with ourselves about what drives the choices we make.

This video is about a person having introspection, self control and taking responsibility for actions and their consequences. Tina Peters does not seem to have the capability to do any of those things. It's rather sad that a woman at this point in her life will be put in prison, but I think she is going to make a majority of the mistakes you talk about and become even more enbittered in her elder age.

I also found this channel by accident. I’m a retired teacher here in England. My late husband did several stretches in prison…real tough ones in UK before he” got his head together”. Your advice matches everything he told me over 26 yrs about life in prison, then adapting to real life again afterwards. And afterwards you must be significantly different to the person who entered prison or you will simply repeat your mistakes/crimes….thats how many people go through the revolving door of prison again and again. Prison should change you. It’s a chance for you to learn and change for the better.
