Makaton Topic - THINGS IN MY HOME - Singing Hands

For our #Makaton Topic series - here are some of our favourite signs for Things in my #Home. These are some great starter signs for little ones too. You'll see that we've given you both versions of the TOILET and POTTY signs - we tend to use the open-handed (toilet) sign with POTTY as it's much easier for younger ones to replicate, rather than isolating the middle finger. Lots of EY settings prefer this open-handed version for both potty and toilet too.

This is great, I am currently teaching my one year old makaton signs so this will be very helpful! :) I wonder if you would be able to do a "things in hospital" type of video? My little girl is due an op in November, and has lots of appointments on the wards, so would be great to learn some general signs for when we are there! Thank you! :) xx
