Can someone please tell me is this law states that state government can sub classsify sc st on their own criteria and distribute reservation According to it.
But my question is this will it apply on reservation given in central exams like jee,upsc ,ssc etc?

Excuse me sir...in a reply to parliament by the minister of social justice and empowerment... reservation with EWS doesn't cross the limit of 50% set by hon'ble SC.
Kindly correct me if I m going wrong.
