Altec Lansing Mini H2O tear-down. Be careful with the wires.

In this video, I tear down the Altec Lansing Mini H2O speaker. They do a good job of hiding the screws, and making it difficult to get into. It took quite a bit of effort and determination to get this speaker open.

The other wires are actually for a microphone that other thing your calling a "speaker" is actually a passive radiator it moves from the air pressure from the speaker when it's in a sealed unit so you actually cut the wires for the microphone there is only one speaker in this it's the one on the left

Hi Happy New Year, you can get these charging plugs anywhere they're the same ones that use on Android phones not the C type but the standard Mini micro plug

I'm pretty sure you cut the mic, not the "Speaker" I'm sure it's a passive radiator, I've had one of these.

@@javiermoreno1504 yeah but it isn't very big very samll speaker in it doesn't need much power to run so 430mah should be enough i used it for 2 hours continuously i have never charged it more than 2 times because i don't use it a lot but battery life isn't too bad thay claim up to 6 hours on 50% volume
