I think you overcharged youself on Light Armour, It's 2 Gold whilst Medium armour is 10. You should have 2 Extra Suits of Light Armour and a Medium Armour. (Musket 20g + Shortsword 2g + Morningstar 7g + Sword 3g + Light Armour 2g + Handaxe 3g + Staff 1g = 38 Gold.)

This looks like it should be a lot of fun. The over the top/tongue in cheek atmosphere of Mork Borg reminds me of Rogue Trader 40k.
