Bhai you are in Kerala... So u will see ambulances.... Frequently and the road are narrow. so don't expect big lane highway in kerala. I am from Mumbai but working Trivandrum Kerala. I have been on this road . I travelled by car from Trivandrum to Mumbai. All the best to your India tour. In Kerala even 300 km is like 700 km.
