If you are a true fan you would be happy for them.
what do you know about K-POP fans for invested to their Idols? Love Fantasy and Money... Actually i'm not K-POP fans but i totally agree with you, they actually allow to dating but it's truly hard for fans because they give their love and money for show to them. if Idols go dating with oppsite sex the fans truly jealous and feel betrayal for their love and money to the idols. Just like you have a girlfriend/boyfriend you do everything for your love, support and help, but instead they cheating on you, and you totally got mad towards them, then you start terror and hate them. It's all about love fantasies and effort to Idols and Fans, so no wonder why they hate them and start bullying

Even though Kpop isn't my taste of music, they don't deserve hate, they've done nothing wrong and are already suffering their life which isn't theirs anymore, if you hate Kpop because of their fandoms, hate on the fandoms but not on the Kpop celebrities.

I remember wanting to be a singer or dancer ever since I was 6. I was born and raised in Korea, and after I told my parents that I wanted to be a kpop idol they were very happy for me. I thought that they were going to support me with training, and everything. But I soon realized the only reason they were actually happy for me was because tye thought once I became a kpop idol, (which I didn’t because I didn’t get into the company), they would start earning money. I auditioned for sm entertainment, but I sadly did not have the visuals to get in. I trained for 6 and a half years, and I started training when I was 14. My sister is a huge k-pop fan, obsessed with korean culture, drama, reality shows, etc. tbh. She doesn't want to eat with us because "we are too boring". I was never a fan of this they always seemed a bit lifeless and superficial. Now when I started researching why are people so obsessed, I feel sorry for these idols and stars. They seem superficial because they genuinely lack happiness, but have to do their job because their career depends on their fans and expectations. My sister adores them and everything they do, I have started noticing changes in her behaviour she is becoming superficial and ignorant. She doesnt eat food if it's not "tasty", gets irritated if she is free and can't watch, prefers to eat food watching these videos instead of interacting with family. All her attention is on exterior things, things that look good or taste good. All her focus is on looking perfect, she doesn't care about her mental or physical health. I feel sorry for her, because she doesn't listen to us and she cannot realise this on her own that she is addicted and needs to change her habits. Edit: please ignore the comments in the reply section. I have not shared this experience to discourage the k-pop groups, it's just the obsession that I see around me that makes me concerned. If you like some artists watch them, don't get too obsessed with them. You have one life, it's your greatest gift, explore it and enjoy. Accept the differences in opinions and let people have their opinion instead of just hair pulling each other. Peace! ✌️

This is so unfair sulli died just because she talked about her illness and everything and people just talk bad things about her kpop idols deserve respect we should respect everyone because we are all human beings.
Though I can respect them and enjoy the music as well as their own personalities, I would never dare myself to actually stan KPOP idols. Knowing what they went through, what they still go through, I would want them to just leave all of it behind if it becomes too much to handle. If an idol ever retired, I want them to just live normally again, find someone to settle down with, start a family of their own or pursue other things. It may sound demeaning to most of you who are reading this. *"How could you make them quit when they're ahead? After already suffering so much?"* *"Why would they listen to you? You're a nobody"* *"Who are you to tear them away from us?"* *"Don't just assume things about people, who the hell do you even think you are?"* But ask yourself this, if you saw someone you love (A sibling or maybe a significant other), choosing this kind of life when you (A KPOP stan), who understands what kind of physical and psychological abuse they'll have to go through and that their lives might never include you ever again, tell me, *do you really want that?* *Do you really want to see them go through that?* *Yeah. It's not fun now, is it?* Thriving in this world is already hard enough and now they're going in with a spotlight cast above their heads everywhere they go. Everything they say and do, monitored, judged and at the worst of it all, potentially silenced. And you can go training for years on end and still not even make it onto the stage you want. I'll end my comment by saying this: Aspiring idols, have heart, push if you think you can but do understand that it's okay to just stop if you had enough. All the fame and fortune, what beauty you can achieve for yourself in the world, it all means nothing if you hurt yourself for it. If you kill yourself for it.
As a kpop stan, we’re all aware of what goes on in the industry (and we hate it more than anyone). Not all groups are manufactured or under slave contracts (such as BTS), but there will always be artists and trainees that do suffer terrible conditions and we hope that the inhumane treatment stops. But, other than that, us fans just try our best to support these idols to make their path somewhat worth it. It’s sad that a lot of the industry is like this, and even though we’re aware of it, there’s not much we can do.
@Camellia Loughland I don't think BTS is under slave contract cause their relationship between the CEO of the company is really good, and the fact that the ceo has watched their group grow and acknowledged their hardwork unlike some other companies like YG

@Alya Amani It's not only the kpop industry that plays a big role, it's also the culture surrounding it. Idols would be so much more free if the culture and fans wouldn't make a big deal out of every small thing. To protect the idols, the company's restrict them from doing many things. It's suffocating to live like that... But what can they do? It's either live a suffocating but somewhat peaceful life or get into a scandal every 3 seconds because you want to hang out with your friends.
This needs to go viral to be a lesson for those who consider get into this kind of industry that is not worth it. What's the point of fame and money when you can't enjoy it! Kids be smart please.
That’s one of the reason why I don’t encourage k pop. People have to start realising there’s life beyond beauty and fame. People don’t always have to look perfect and beautiful to share their talent.

You are partially right but the part where you say they wish to be like them isn't correct most of them pray for being their dog or pets , they want to exchange their lives with those pets . You can search the word "how to be" and you'll get yeontan named in it somewhere
I was a kpop fan in high school, but my tastes changed drastically during my junior year and I'm no longer a fan. Despite this, I really respect these idols for everything they do and how they've inspired many fans. At the same time, I'm sad for them. They can no longer just be themselves without media attention, they have almost no private life, they have unrealistic expectations set on them, and there is so much competition and pressure. It's such an unhealthy environment, not to mention the crazy fans and haters/stalkers. I was a fan of kpop when Jonghyun died and I remember listening to his music afterward and really beginning to truly hear the pain in some of his songs. It sucks that this is the reality for kpop idols and it sucks that people in the industry are encouraging this type of pressure and behavior. Idols are human beings with personal connections, thoughts, memories, emotions, and struggles. They're not a toy or a tool, but the industry sure loves to treat them like they are.
This is why you don't say stuff like that or be rude and toxic always be kind bc you don't know what is happening and at the end of the day we are all humans come on pls tell ur friends to be better 💜
I'm glad you realized your mistake, but please don't do that ever again. K-pop idols go through a lot of stress only for a little chance of fame. And it's way worse than this video. Some K-pop idols commit suicide of how much hate they get. So please, support and show a lot of love for them, because they worked really hard just for our entertainment.
I used to hate kpop back then because i used to be a "not like the other girls" girl who thinks hating on someone that the majority of people likes makes me quirky. Now i support kpop just look at my pfp and my username (I'm not obsessed with them i just wanna promote my fav group by commenting everywhere without being annoying).
Have y'all seen the recent comments? The 12 year old boys just opened the video and insulted the idols? what the fuck? insult the company, not them, they don't deserve it
The fact of kpop is that once the money flow from global capital ceases , it will immediately cease to exist. The "system" of 1000 -ish companies will collapse, the "artists" will become redundant as all data has been used to train huge neural networks. I can my own music, music videos, but WITHOUT ANY MONEY. I am from a generation which was not allowed to travel overseas and few speak English at all.
Everything he said is really true. K- pop idols live a really hard life. But as a matter of fact nobody's life is easy. Even normal people struggle. Even normal people live in a judgemental society. I think it's the whole society's perspective that has to be changed. So that everyone can live as they wish. I have seen my family struggle through hard times. Nobody is living a peaceful life. It's just that the celebrities hardships are seen in the world but the hardships of a normal people are not. I'm not hating the idol. I'm a kpop stan and trying to just convey that life is hard. It depends on how you deal with it. We all are fighting to survive. And what I think is that atleast idols are having shelter, food and clothes. There are people who don't even have that. The idols before joining training knew what they will be going through. They knew that their life is not going to be theirs but they still chose it because this is what they wanted to do. We all chose what we want to do and then when we face hardships we complaint. Complaining is not wrong but it's just that this is the life you chose so instead of complaining stand up and fight. We should never stop fighting and surviving. It's for everyone in this world. And also I really respect the idols who are strongly fighting and not giving up. Just live your life the way you want and love your life too till you have it cause their are many who have lost it💜 Life is precious 💕
As catchy as the music is I can’t support it at all because it’s literally glorified artsy human trafficking, to the tune of music. What bothers me even more is how many victims don’t understand they’re a victim and will say they don’t see anything wrong with being forced to stave themselves and get plastic surgery. The trauma goes DEEP in K Pop
Hmmm, K-pop trainees and Idols being illegally exploited, forced to starve themselves, get cosmetic surgery AND don't see anything wrong with it? Seriously, that description sounds too similar living as an average citizen in North Korea and that is terrifying (minus the cosmetic surgery part)
I had a dream of become a Kpop idol Now I have to think about it.... But I just realised I can’t imagine my life without becoming one... Wish me luck hope I will survive in this world
People see kpop as a music industry. Music with talented singers and fans. But the dark secrets are far from what we all see. Obvious examples, Jonghyun and Sulli. Dead because of the comments by the media. One of the reasons why kpop idols should be respected and appreciated is because they worked hard in their trainee days. Just to be liked, just to achieve their dreams, they will do ANYTHING just for it. (go and check out on the ground by rosé of blackpink's lyrics. it was written to tell the story of her old days) I am a huge fan of a new boygroup called 'Treasure'. They started as a trainees, but then their hard works started to be shown to the whole world. What I meant is all 32 trainees were shown in a show called YG Treasure Box. It's a reality show where they showed how all of the 19 trainees were eliminated one by one. It's heartbreaking to see how they cried and smiled even when they were announced that they were eliminated. Now, all of the trainees are having a good life. Some of them already debuted, and two of their eliminated trainees debuted 6 days ago in a group called Ciipher. This reminded me of a quote made by me. “To achieve success, we should walk into the black world as the first step. It may be hard for you at first but at the end, a very bright light is waiting for you to come.”

*"Why would they listen to you? You're a nobody"*
*"Who are you to tear them away from us?"*
*"Don't just assume things about people, who the hell do you even think you are?"*
But ask yourself this, if you saw someone you love (A sibling or maybe a significant other), choosing this kind of life when you (A KPOP stan), who understands what kind of physical and psychological abuse they'll have to go through and that their lives might never include you ever again, tell me,
*do you really want that?*
*Do you really want to see them go through that?*
*Yeah. It's not fun now, is it?*
Thriving in this world is already hard enough and now they're going in with a spotlight cast above their heads everywhere they go. Everything they say and do, monitored, judged and at the worst of it all, potentially silenced. And you can go training for years on end and still not even make it onto the stage you want.
I'll end my comment by saying this:
Aspiring idols, have heart, push if you think you can but do understand that it's okay to just stop if you had enough. All the fame and fortune, what beauty you can achieve for yourself in the world, it all means nothing if you hurt yourself for it. If you kill yourself for it.

I can't believe it, for the first time my eyes actually became wet at a celebrity suicide. I feel so bad for Sulli. I knew k pop stars were living a toxic life but, Sulli incident actually got me. That's just so sad omg

Hmmm i think it's just the whole Kpop industry, yeah it's hard :(. But luckily there are still some nice people there
Sakura from iz*one knew that she would be control, yet she became an idol for 10 years and but was hated for dumb reasons during produce 48... Every idols worked hard to become as big as they are yet they aren't treated right TRCNG was abuse by their Company GOT7 and CLC was mistreated by there company.
true : (
Count in 2ne1 yg literally called them ugly and physically shamed them infront of the netizens even tho knowing it's a group from their own company
Now IZ*ONE disbanded. I really wanted to stan them but what’s the point? 😫
Not only does this happen on k-pop groups but it also happened to One Direction and Little Mix
@Alya Amani hmmmmm
@@manishamishra9130 can’t even make a statement lmao
People don’t always have to look perfect and beautiful to share their talent.
same with the movie industry ig :/ and the tv industry. and the American music industry. every industry in the world is toxic idk why this video is such a shock to people lol

the worst part is that most people expect the idols to be someone neither they nor us can ever be.

For a 5 year old?

*Tbh- Imo i think people who cyber-bully to the point the person they bullied took their own lives should get tracked down and idk- Maybe charge them lots of money?*
Ironically, many bullies were actually bullied themselves. It's a very twisted cycle of abuse.
I mean almost all fans just think "oh I wish I was like them" and think it's happy rainbows and candies but no it it much worse, people pressure you, they are over obsessive and won't let you live a a life, you are controlled like a puppet and you have absolutely no privacy.
yeah but ir isnt their fault. they dont really know about this :p
I am wondering whats ur music taste?

Just live your life the way you want and love your life too till you have it cause their are many who have lost it💜
Life is precious 💕
So true... 💜💜
RIP
Sulli we will always remember you she was very brave 🙏🙏😭😭

"Congrats! From now on, your life won't fully belong to you."

The mention of sulli left me with watery eyes....
RIP sulli
People see kpop as a music industry. Music with talented singers and fans. But the dark secrets are far from what we all see.
Obvious examples, Jonghyun and Sulli. Dead because of the comments by the media.
One of the reasons why kpop idols should be respected and appreciated is because they worked hard in their trainee days. Just to be liked, just to achieve their dreams, they will do ANYTHING just for it.
(go and check out on the ground by rosé of blackpink's lyrics. it was written to tell the story of her old days)
I am a huge fan of a new boygroup called 'Treasure'.
Yea that's what im saying 😭😭
I remember mashiho suffering his backflip.. it made me cry when he cried about it
And then those fans keep screaming not realizing their idols are miserable.
When u meant by that K-pop couldn’t date, HyunA and E’Dawn have made a contract about quitting k-pop...
And this is exactly why k pop fans don't deserve hate...and deserved to be loved by every one... atlest there effort should pay off right
I dont care about the stars... but i do hate the fandom
I cried from when you showed Jonghyun...RIP he was a great soul...Imma go back and ply Life goes on...
