      Yes! You can even let your potato’s flower and grow potato berries, they look like small tomato’s, I would highly recommend looking into the Cultivariable website to learn more!

    I just planted the exact same ones! They were the tiniest seeds I’ve ever held in my hand! Clancy seeds! I’m only to the point where they sprouted up and are about two weeks old

Too bad Sophie is not a potato fan😄 You can get the seeds either from Pinetree garden seeds www.superseeds.com/products/clancy-potato-f1-hybrid-90-days or Botanical Interests www.botanicalinterests.com/products/clancy-potato-seeds?_pos=1&_sid=67d7abbf0&_ss=r . • @TowardGarden
      @TowardGarden  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It really depends on the weather. I usually water them every other day, but if the soil is wet, you can skip watering. So glad you enjoyed the video and thank you so much for your comment!😊

    Good day again! I’m in zone 8b and I’m late starting seeds indoors. How detrimental is that to a successful harvest?

    • @TowardGarden
      @TowardGarden  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello. I think you still would be able to grow them this year. Worst case is that they will go flowering sooner with less or smaller potatoes, but still you should be able to have an adequate harvest. happy growing and thank you for getting in touch!

    What do you mean by storage potatoes? Like for more seed potatoes?

    • @TowardGarden
      @TowardGarden  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I mean not for immediate use, to store them for a longer period so they are fresh to be used. i don't use this type of potato for seed potatoes. Hope this helps and thank you for visiting!

    How do you store in Florida once cured?

    • @TowardGarden
      @TowardGarden  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I am not sure how the weather is in your area in Florida, but general rule is to store them in a cool and dry area. Use onion bags or shallow boxes and place them in a well ventilated place such as cellar, pantry, or even a garage (away from direct sunlight and with 65-70% humidity). If it is too humid, place Silica Gel moisture absorber packs around them. Hope this helps and thank you for visiting!

    I wonder why one container produced larger potatoes versus more smaller potatoes? More sun? More fertilizer? Less seeds, so less plants to compete?
