Love nearly all Tannoy speakers, I have the precision 8p and I also have the entry level eclipse for my surroud reciever ... Tannoy might not be much in the bass department but the clarity is second to none 👍
i love these speakers! Please could we get another demo without the clipping? maybe turn the speakers down slighty. also the way you have treble on max and the look of those surrounds it seems they would appreciate a rebuild! its worth keeps great things like those alive.
I don't know what the other comments are talking about. I don't hear any distortion - just the pops and crackles from the vinyl - as you should. Maybe they've never heard vinyl??

I was using a mc cart, the Fisher's phono can only handle mm cart, the distortion was caused from the mic being to close with the volume up, the speakers were clean without any distortion
In all the times i've heard this song, i have never heard it this clear. Dope on a rope for sure.

much distortion. is your album or stylus very worn? or Your turntable arm not aligned? Something in Your set up make the sound distorted.

Your right, the mics volume was set to high, causing distortion

Having the record player on tape/aux in is just wrong! Hence the distortions. Change it to phono in.
