This is a very fine reading of an exquisite Baroque miniature, in which I have read, by the way, that Telemann might also have "had a hand". Thank you for contributing to Civilization. The interplay between simplicity and sophistication embodied here fascinates.
Very Regal sounding. With the violins slowly playing. I really like the solo violin part at 2:56 and then all the violins join in again with the silly flute part which is similar to the Magic flute in its silliness.
thank you very much for uploading - great recording ! Unlike 'sparebone' I also like the A - part very much - the recorder adds an interesting colour contrasting (also in its symbolic meaning) with timpani and trumpets. A beautiful example of baroque splendour and playfulness. Concerning the Magic Flute, sparebone, Papageno is a 'simple' person and a funny and comic character. Perhaps YOU should turn to Wagner and the 'real heroes' and leave Mozart alone. ;-)!
This opera contains glorious music.Easy to see where Handel got all his ideas as he played in Keiser's band at the Hamburg Opera.

Es mi imaginación o suena mucho a Rameau?
En ese caso sería Rameau quien suena a Keiser.
