I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Adding JEPI and JEPQ are smart additions in my opinion. As for staying committed to higher-risk investments, it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals.
The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds. that’s what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 30% capital growth minus dividends.

Texas needs its own country
It used to be its own country until it signed a treaty to join the US. It is the only state to join the US in this manner. The other states were a)the original 13 or b) joined based upon Congress admitting them.
Before your state was a state, it was land.

@@fmagalhaes1521 If life were even a little bit fair, they’d succeed. However, I’m part Native American and have cousins who still live on the Reservation in Oklahoma. Our ancestors lived in the South East part of the US. They were supposed to have that land as long as the Sun came up in the morning. So I’m not holding my breath until either group gets what would rightly fully be theirs their returned to them.

Currently, investors are very cautious. Considering how much their mortgage payments have increased, they want to make sure they're getting a decent deal. If they don't feel like they're getting a good bargain, they'll back out, so it's imperative that they search elsewhere.
In my opinion, home prices will need to fall by at least 40% before the market normalizes. If you're unsure if to buy a house or not, it is best you seek guidance from a well-experienced advisor for proper portfolio allocation. Biggest lesson i learnt in 2023 in the stock market is that nobody knows what is going to happen next, so practice some humility and low a strategy with a long term edge.
Nobody knows anything; You need to create your own process, manage risk, and stick to the plan, through thick or thin, While also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.

in florida...our property taxes are skyrocketing, our insurance is skyrocketing, and taxes KEEP GOING UP. the people that live here dont want all this new york money coming down here because they are raising our cost of living to that of new york. we will be califonria with a shade or red, instead of blue in less than ten years. As a competitor the Texas exchange should keep the other two exchanges in check.
The Texas Stock Exchange must have years of successful listings to really get its respect. NYSE is proven effective over 200 years. The Pacific Exchange (California) lasted pretty long but ultimately got consumed by NYSE.
The very attempt at a Texas stock symbolizes a divide between libertarians and liberals. Freedom is a fundamental American value.
NYSE will be fine, but the governance overstep by NASDAQ creates an opportunity for the Texas Stock Exchange.

Always great stuff PBD. Look at what has happened to Canada with massive increases in taxes. Productivity is the lowest ever. Capital outflow the highest ever. Even being in Alberta we have been trying to consider where to move the business to escape the Federal abuse to business owners. Until I saw this video I thought there was nowhere in N.A. to go but this has opened my eyes.
