I hope the two of you had a good time on the water and the rest of your day was safe. I also hope both of you realize how many things ya'll could have done safer and more responsibly.
matters in tournaments. especially springtime ones. where 20 other people have scouted the same fish you did and now its a race to get there first on tournament day.
This man keeps driving that reckless he’ll end up wrecking that Skeeter. He came close to losing it at 2:21 mark of this video. His friend is almost as much to blame for not smacking the sh1t out him and bringing him back to reality. No fish is worth risking the safety of yourself or other boaters for.
That was a great video of how not to do it.. think the guy just likes the throttle and should be a boat Racer instead of a bass fisherman. If I had to go through all that, Just to get out to go fishing. I'd just stayed there and smoked a cigarette for a 1/2 an hour. Then went and beat them all!
Not sure how I feel about this video, on one hand this was incredibly reckless on the other hand that was some skillful boat handling, surfing boat wakes, especially multiple wakes at once can be tricky. I realize that there is an adrenaline rush at blastoff and it’s easy to make bad decisions but not really sure it’s worth the risk you took, all it would have taken was one boat you were overtaking to make a course change and it would have been bad, in such a narrow channel it certainly would be best for the boat you are overtaking to know you are coming around, I know in a tournament blast off it’s kind of “anything goes” but no need to risk people’s lives. I fish a lot of tournaments too but at least I like to think that I take safety as seriously as winning.
@Treeman012 crossing wakes like that is a recipe for disaster. He gets squirrely at 2:21. He come off one of those waves wrong and bow catches the one next to it and he bow hooks and his boat does a 180 in a second or so and they get thrown out the side.

Legend.... Get this man a 360 cam. The looks on faces as being passed.... priceless.
Great job
Who knew you had to go that fast to catch fish?

If you ain’t first, your last!
He's got driving skills, but glad I'm not his passenger
What driving skills?
A really skillful Capt. Great video
Lol.. he's a horrible operator...he had no clue how to run behind those others
why is there a flats boat on the concrete ramp lol
No joke...i wanna talk about that.....
Y’all need to go to boat driving school
Looks like that Skeeter handles those other boat wakes like a champ not to mention fast. I may have to get one😀
Was he runner a ranger
looks like a skeeter decal on the deck
Dude you dont run through those wakes like that. If I was that black dude I would never get in a boat with you again.
This isn’t skillful driving. This is dumb luck that’s going to run out one day and then it’ll all catch up to him at once. Ridiculous
Bingo
Only thing here is how NOT to operate a boat , all that was is a race fro him
I think that it was one of the stupidest move anyone could have,it was bad
He ain't done nothing wrong, didn't really get on it all thecway till he was out front.
Lot of people talk about shit these never done.
BS.. I've been running boats professionally for 32 years. This guys an accident waiting to happen.
Elaborate on what he did dangerously since you're an expert, I've been running bass boats for 40 yrs
