One of the first games on this map(2nd or 3rd). I'm really happy to see this map in game because it has only 2iron mines per locations which gives more quality feeleing for the irontroops. 25-30% less iron troops at PT and a bit more leather troops. Last time I heard discussions about faster scouts, but look, small changes and got them in massive groups.Powerful swordman+bow combo can spamming a bit less swordman here so the Axefighter+Xbow gets more chance versus them.(and in this case making scouts sound looks OK) Actually this is the main reason why I like the maps with 2ironmines locations. Giving more effective strategy ways. I really think slowing down the ironmining time is something what is missing for the perfect gamebalance. As I know the original values are in usage from KaM TSK, but the REamke went already much farther than TSK or TPR did. I'm not an ironhater as lots of players think, but would be nice to adjust the balance of the economical side also. Done with food, farms, trees, market prices, still the units are balanced on the battlefield, but the ironmining time has advantage versus making leahter. I know, wih slower ironmining time then woud be mass leather spamm there, but in this case the trading skins to ironore or coal strategy would be better also. players telling the leather is a 'lategame' thing. Yes the imo is kind of, but if looking on the most common and most effective and the strongest PT army then should notice only one very effective strategy is there because the strongest army production has the easiest economy builds up, all other strategy needs more investment and gives the massive spam much later. Sorry for long post. Nice video! GG!

I was never a fan of the spam production playstyle because of the Iron abundance. It generated a single strategy to push iron production and starve half the town and troops just to have 30+ swordfighters. Alot of the strategy was on building a town with maximum efficiency and that includes multiple production chains. The iron being the worst offender of only 2 buildings. A location is defined by its layout and planning and with the old and current build this mindset is still the same. Many of us back in the day attempted to break this stigma but as the developer clearly favoured the IRON chain of playstyle these changes were few and inbetween. The only relative concensus was to make woodcutters work more efficiently as to promote the leather industry more. But in hindsight way too little to make any significant impact. Farms and swine farms were and always will be the crux and therefor limit the skill of a player and location. As it stands there is no late game beyond 60 - 70 minutes with exception of perhaps 1 map, the 8 player huge cliff map with a shared centre (forgot the name as it has been a while) But from experience and playing with Mexican T, and his brother. We all came to the conclusion that leather will never be worth it even though it is to us the essence of this game and a far more skillfull playstyle. As this comment is 6 years old iam sad i only recently discovered these videos as they are gems. I hope you read this and realise you were right even though nobody ever responded to your comment. This comes from experienced (Pro) players as one might say, and it was fun seeing my old dutchie friends Mexican t and such appear here, shame i have not been featured but not surprising as my multiplayer escapades were few and between for a short duration. Even so i must say iam glad that even today some of my lay-outs were used and are still being used. Cannot say this for the iron city's ofcourse. I always respected the T's for their leather city's and they take great skill and creativity to pull off.

You can only change your zoom in the Remake mod of KaM. If you have the mod, you can zoom in and out with your mousewheel.

I see a lot of hungry soldiers in the fights, how do you go about feeding soldiers in ongoing battles?
Btw. I liked this shoutcast a lot!

Ah, I see! Thanks for the answer :) I love the shoutcasts and I'm spamming them while trying to improve on my gameplay. I've learned a lot that I never would have learned if it wasn't for these shoutcasts. So thank you for making so many of them :)
