1. He is playing double smokes. There is no need for him to care about another site,so he uses both of his smoke abilities in one place
2. Usually at his level pistol round is only site rush, because it's the most effective strat for pistol round. To prevent that from happening immediately, he put 2 utilities in the main. If they will push into smoke + wall, it's 60 damage from decay, meaning it's easier to kill them
