OMG! So much to learn. My husband's shop has 2 inches of dust. This lady who worked there for 25 years, never cleaned the area. The ink containers were with 2 inches of dust with lint 😂 Recently, she retired early and now I have to deal with her dirt. I have never worked in the warehouse and never have done printing. However, I am learning so much on TH-cam channels. I really like your videos guys! Thank you so much! I found another new hobby!
Hi @thatguy 69. I would probably need to know a little more about your dark room to really say, but here's a couple things i would look at 1st. - cleanliness of the space. dust in a space where you are processing screens can cause pin holes. - Degreasing and rinsing thoroughly. - When coating, coat the screen slowly and always both sides. Hope this helps some!
@@Ryonet I have cleaned my room more and cleaned and covers the A/C vents with mesh so that they blow away from where I prepare screens. My work place is also looking into getting a fan for above where I make the screens.
