INGREDIENTS:
For The Marinate:
Mutton Chap= 500 gm
Raw Papaya Paste= 1 tbsp
Onion Paste= 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tsp
For The Masala
Hang Curd= 2 tbsp
Mustard Oil= 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tsp
Rock Salt= 1/5 tsp
Salt to Taste
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom= 6 piece
Whole Red Chilli= 3 piece
Mace= 1/2
Nutmeg=1/4
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Cumin Seeds = 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom= 2 piece
Malt Vinegar= 1 tsp

Behtareen recipe..I tried it twice...tandoor na hone ki wajah se maine pahle pan me grill kiya...then apply butter fir gas pe net rakh kar roast kar lia... Mashallah the result was amazing that I expected .🌷
