Nagare, Ran and Chairperson are my favourite characters of Project Justice back in my 11 years game time when I used to play at the arcade. I'm used to calling the team name "Taiyo-Gorin A Friend in Need". Behind the team name "A Friend in Need" is due to Boman being part of Pacific High School and that's why I think Nagare filled up the spot by teaming up with Ran and Chairperson.
It angers me how Capcom refuses to open the gates and put more of its older games on PSN. I'm lucky enough to own _Project Justice_ on the Dreamcast but it is crazy expensive so there are a lot of people who've never even gotten the chance to play it because of this.
