That's right! Real HipHop is in such a beautiful place... I'm an old head who grew up with the classics in the '80s and '90s. Started hating on new HipHop in the '00s when seemingly everything was for the club... the best thing to happen in recent years is the return of that grimey street energy and real rhyming (starting in the 2010s) and falling in love with HipHop all over again. I keep telling other old heads to wake up and find the dope stuff coming out, but they ain't hearing me. Best era since the Golden Age... only difference in this era is that almost all the legends active now are still underground, which makes it feel like they belong solely to us, the fans! 😊
