*Honey has a huge legacy. Whether in Punjabi industry taking Punjabi music songs, tunes and lyrics to everywhere even in South. Or making the word Rap Popular in Indian mainstream even rural region. Even as a style or fashion icon, people copied him. Starting a group, artists of which became so big. Then medical health condition after which again making a comeback and now ruling Trending charts, getting all that support as he comes back and as he gets huge appreciation even like in recent concerts/surprise concerts. Huge legacy undeniable. Reached even most remote and rural regions of India, people just didn't know him but became part of that cult fanbase, huge legacy huge impact*
It's quite emotional. This doc just gives you hope . Didn't expect he will cry like that and be that vulnerable, his sis pov was just , and she explained the pain in the family pretty well. I liked that he said he wanna adopt a daughter, may god bless him with one. Part 2 teased, def shld release after such comeback with glory album.
They should have tackled with more industry related topics. Like the famous Mafia Mundeer. On a side note, wish to see Raftaar verse on a YoYo track, Badshah on the hook. Hope they reconcile their differences. They're the faces of the game.
I feel film makers could have done much much better bcz what all honey singh has seen in his life the ultimate stardom to ultimate darkness, they couldn't have gotten better story. And honey was open to about his flaws it's not a image cleaning documentry. So i feel film makers could've done much better
This documentary focuses deeply into Honey Singh's mental health issues, his comeback journey, and the unbiased opinions of people. It's full of inspiration, honesty, and profound lessons from his life. The best part about the documentary is that they kept everything very raw and real. However, there’s a sense of incompleteness in this documentary. Like Honey Singh promised to show us the real man behind the character and his journey, but many aspects seem to have been overlooked. They could have explored Honey Singh's philosophy around music better, his relationship with his parents after gaining fame, and his relationship with his wife and so on. He crafted a wild and raw persona that resonated with every man, reflecting the society and youth of India. He has dealt with family struggles while navigating controversies and criticism outside and he distanced himself from his family but these crucial aspects were absent from the documentary - elements that are vital to portraying a complete picture of his life.
While I don’t doubt your conscience, given your friendship to Guneet Monga, I think there is some room for a subconscious conflict of interest. I’d request you to rather shift focus to Malayalam and Tamil cinema and avoid films by Sikhya.
why would you say about his karampura scene by mocking it. Are you Ok? you were appreciating the avegrae cinematography. which any ameature will do if he had to make a documentary. but you talking about mental health and moved by it but when the person is going through his memories. you mocking it. talking about mental and truly understanding it is different.
The documentary sucked. It didn't probe, didn't deep dive, didn't do anything. He glossed over all the controversies and kept harping on how much of a victim he is, never once taking responsibility for his actions. But ofcourse sikhya entertainment and all, so we get it .....
his lallantop interview had more substance, if you have seen his enough interviews, then you wont this documentary very interesting, I felt 60-70% of things I already knew from his interviews
