l think Michelle wasn't honest about he education the timelines don't fit. She left home at 15 but she still did he A levels ? Very odd! She have to be 16 to do her O levels and 18 to do her "A "levels plus she needs to have parental support to go to any school/ educational establishment. She clearly fib about it in her interview.
Those questions about Michelle's family are completely out of line and insulting to boot. It has nothing to do with her qualifications. It may be the case of testing her "staying power". Michelle' saying that she was "confused " about the qualifications was not convincing. I know of people that are older then her who know about their secondary education. It doesn't add up she let home at 15 BUT SHE TOOK HER A LEVELS???. That mean she took her "O" levels at 13!!!!!!! If she had to go to an Educational establishment after leaving home, she had to have parental/adult representation. Very Odd!
This Company had more Grants from the IDA , than we had hot dinners . I am appauled by these process of interview questions and believe they where down right discrimating . It is againist the law on equality , to ask religious and sexuality preference questions for a job . I most certainly not seek employment from this inefficent company
