Today If I do what my passion is than I will feel "That's Enough" in few day. People want results soon which can be done by loving the work we do and not by following our passion. Today I got to know where I was wrong I was passionate about coding but soon I started feeling it burden because of my passionate mindset. Now I can change it by adding values and loving my work. *Most of the people says "do what your passion is" because they think if we follow our passion we would love what we do but that's often true for some people but still contradictory. Today If I do what my passion is than I will feel "That's Enough" in few day. People want results soon which can be done by loving the work we do and not by following our passion. It is a wrong belief which is often made by people. The author tell about two Mindet craftsman and passion. Craftsman Mindset is based on values. Today I got to know where I was wrong I was passionate about coding but soon I started feeling it burden because of my passionate mindset. Now I can change it by adding values and loving my work. If we will do our work in such a way by growing our skills and having craftsman mindset everyone would love to come to us for our help which is the point of the title of the book. You said that It is important to work 10000 hours to master a skill but would not it be too much time for a person we can start from learning one skill by giving 20 hours as Josh Kaufman said and when we would do it at regular basis with other things at spare time we will be automatically good at it. Other point I got is to break down a big goal into multiple small goals and completing them one by one at a particular time. The book gives a path to be first person to come in mind of others when they need help.*
