My Grandmother collects Barbies also. My favorite one she has is the Disneyland Barbie. Shes been colecting them since my mother and aunt where children. She never let them open them either. They are placed in a glass case on display in her house.

Kelly, you can get special spray paint for your stove, similar to the one the manufacturer used to make it what ever color it currently is, so that it isn't raw metal. I used to be a property manager and the building engineer would do this to fix nics and dings in the stoves or refrigerators when tenants would move out.
