The Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, previously known as Villa Vizcaya, is the former villa and estate of businessman James Deering, of the Deering McCormick-International Harvester fortune, on Biscayne Bay in the present day Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami, Florida. The early 20th century Vizcaya estate also includes: extensive Italian Renaissance gardens; native woodland landscape; and a historic village outbuildings compound. The landscape and architecture were influenced by Veneto and Tuscan Italian Renaissance models and designed in the Mediterranean Revival architecture style, with Baroque elements. F. Burrall Hoffman was the architect,[5] Paul Chalfin was the design director, and Diego Suarez was the landscape architect.[6]

Oh if you come to South Florida you have to see both this palace and the daring estate which was built by the brother which is a little further south but it's a different feel. It's a different vibe. It's not as ostentatious, but it's a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing place

Oh it is such a beautiful place to visit. The only thing is it's always so packed with tourists unless you go during the week, but it's worth the trip. Glad you enjoyed it

These turned out fabulous!! I’ve been wanting to do the same thing with the big egg. It reminds me of those beautiful candy ones I would see at Easter as a kid. My kitchen floor is also covered with moss. Lol.

Enjoyed your video today. Nice to see something different. A small correction, though, to aid you in future crafting/shopping, etc. It's TIM Holtz. An easy mistake to make based upon his odd handwriting. But getting that "T" right will help you in future. You did a really great job on that "Faberge" egg. I used to make much smaller ones when I was a little girl out of styrofoam eggs, fancy-headed pins and artificial flowers. It was a nice callback for me and a happy memory. Thanks.
