Mike, been watching the channel for YEARS now, love you and the fam dude. Literally got out of bed watching this video on my TV so I could comment on the video… had an idea. You have got to have CRAZY spooky stories considering all the time you spend in the woods camping… maybe a Halloween camping special with stories????
Unless your on drugs. The woods are Not scary. Like here’s a “spooky” story. Late at night, barely any moon light. I tuck myself in turn on a movie, dim the screen, and lower the volume, when out of nowhere. A large hand SLAPPED THE WATER. Snapped me out of my sleep. WHAT WAS THAT” I exclaimed! Then remembering I was in my tent, and by a beaver pond, within two seconds my startled mind knew it was a beaver tail slapping the water. The only spooky i experienced was the two seconds of waking up remembering where I was, and what were the possibilities that could’ve made a large hand slapping sound on the water.. had a smoke, went back to sleep. Spooky. Scary.
I'm enjoying the Colorado mountains myself. Did Black Bear again of course and some others. Now doing a bunch of stuff near Moab. White Rim trail next week. Nice video and 20 hour trip. But I'm taking a whole month. Nah nah nahnah nah. Hahaha.
diamondback reccomends 3 supports on their racking system for RTT. I notice LLOD is only using two. does it even really matter? because $600 vs almost $900 is a huge difference for a rack system
I just recently moved to the Loveland area from Florida. Do you have any recommendations on trails I can do with a stock 2001 4Runner on 265/75 16 Falken wildpeaks. My gf and I want to camp and hike before it starts getting cold. Thanks!
You can do a lot of trails with what you have (as long as it has 4wd). Since you’re new to the area, do you research and take some super easy trails..Boreas pass road comes to mind. It’s pretty late in the season though so it’s going to be pretty cold camping up in the mountains.
