Yea that thing is great for fire wood in state lands it takes a bigger load then i thought the hole way to first log im thinking what size logs will that hall that thing will take a good load no less then small 280 cable skider and its nice because the log dosent get draged threw the mud

Have to wonder what cleared this area of woods before this tractor could move among the trees. ?? Isn't equipped to go through any brush, with no front blade or protection, as well as mirrors that would easily break off in brush.
Did a nice job picking the pre-cut log left in the woods and placing on the trailer.
They tend to do things different in the EU.
They’ll take a lot longer to thin one section of the forest than we ever do, there’s still fresh stumps in the video if you look closely enough, but only in certain spots.
They also don’t let those trees get very big over there they pretty much harvest as soon as they think they can get a couple boards out of the logs.
So some of the stumps are probably just grown over by the moss by the time he gets out there cus they’re so small.
As for the blade I have no idea maybe he just does a lot of stump removal and he feels like he doesn’t need one, it is a tractor after all you can probably get one for it if you wanted.

D: When ut comes to size, I guess that about 20" is quite ok. That is what our machines and our industry are made for. Turnaround is about 60 years. We are small countries (Finland, Sveden and Norway) where many people don't own so big areas. Nowadays many have forests for recreational use, they got it from their parents but have lived all of their adult life in the city. If you have a small "homestead" you don't need a huge processor/harvester, but we use our tractors a bit differently over here... In southern EU (Germany, Austria abd such) they have the old woods with hardwood and there they have big logs, machines and slabs 😉🤭.
@@johanneslaxell6641 the blade in front is more of a dozer blade and we use it here in the states on forestry specific tractors which are usually just log skidders/forwarders
I think they use it to carve a path to drive on since they use much bigger equipment

very costly toy, you can build one for less then 1/3rd the price they sell these for, the price is totally nuts due to the novelty.. very easy to build

Rosline service, they have many sizes, but this guy couldnt do this big clear cutting for pulp any less productive. sure they are a nice thing to have for the guy with his own land ans a small saw mill, to thin just the large trees out to give room for the smaller one to grow, opening up the canopy to let more sun light in, to help the younger trees grow, but this guy is totally stripping the land bare, in the slowest possible way, cant make money and save the land like this

I drove a farmi trac 3000 back in the 90s it was a joke...😕... 2 n harf tone a lift ..4 miles per hour ...all i can say about that set up is.... it a be claped out by the time its pay for ...helo from ireland...😉

Varför inte en beg.valtra a med vagn istället för en liten långnos utan hytt? Kostar väl ungefär samma , då kan man köra i ur å skur dessutom
Italienska typen verkar mer flexibel. Går man upp lite i storlek finns de med vändbar förarplats.
Med bakmonterad lastare blir det en liten hjullastare.
De verkar klara arbete med vall bra i Alperna.
Jobbar som traktormekaniker. Så mycket komplikationer som hytterna ställer till med hade jag övervägt hyttlöst om jag hade behövt en traktor.
Riv efter begagnade Valtrorna nu förresten. En större skogsrustad sålde för över 400.000 på jobbet häromveckan. Tror den var en 2007.

It's a Goldoni. Tractor of Italian type. They evolved from the two wheel tractor.
That's why they look so different from ordinary tractors.
Other examples are Ferrari, BCS and Pasquali. I think they work together, only the color separates the tractors.
Intressant att veta vad störtbågen har för funktion på framvagnen.. borde ju sitta runt sitsen?
Inte har det väl så väldigt stor betydelse var den är, den finns väl för att inte traktorn skall rulla runt. Med bältet ordentligt på (i de maskiner där det finns) så hålls han i stolen, utan faller han av. Det kan säkert ta sjukt men så länge bågen är uppe så BORDE inte traktorn kunna rulla över och krossa honom...

Barely any timber is handled in greater length than that in Sweden. Do a search for Swedish timber trucks and you'll see.

a horse logger would have been in and out done in half the time
What about the time it took to prep the horses then get the back into the barn and remove their equipment and don't forget about feeding brushing, vet care, watering, etc. Also how do you haul a horse to a jobsite. What if it gets spooked? What if it's injured? What if you don't want to raise horses? This guy is home eating dinner with his hot swedish wife while you're stomping through horse shit!
