Load schedules for cranes are a very dangerous point. Knowing how safe a load is.
■ The load schedule is not just a paper that is left in the winch papers. The matter is now more complicated, so before starting any lifting process you should ask yourself some important questions related to how to use the winch load schedule:
● Have the pedestals been completely or partially lifted, or will the tire be lifted only (uh, can the crane tires be lifted only)? All of this will greatly affect the ability of the winch.
● How much counterweight there is because each load has a different page of load schedule (the higher the crane capacity)?
● Is the dependence on the album only or will the use of the flash pocket (of course, the values in the table differ in the case of using the pocket pocket from the main album) In the inverse relationship, when using the pocket, the capacity of the crane is less than the main album.
● On which side the lifting process will be!! Over side, Over the rear, Over the front or 360-degree rotation
This will determine for you which page of load schedules you will use.
● Number of sheaves used, number of sheaves, or in other words, how many turns of the wire have been disassembled number of Reeves (whenever they have the same capacity of the crane), taking into account the proportions of the connecting individual from the main album.
● How capable, compatible, and appropriate of lifting and saponification tools are for lifting? Effective tension must be studied carefully.

To determine the current capacity is to divide the total load to be lifted by the capacity of the winch by the load schedule =
(Y ÷ X) x 100%
It must not exceed 75% (or according to your company’s policy) or we must make a Critical Lift Plan.
■ You should also know the notes of the attached load schedule and give them the same importance as determining the safe load because it provides you with important information about the operation, preparation, and preparation of the lifting process.
Finally, you must calculate all lifting and saponing tools and attachments to determine the total weight, for example taking into account the weight of the saponification tools, such as chains, wires, locks, etc., when calculating the total weight to be lifted.
