It only works when I leave the main valve opened! What is the problem...

sir what is the work of that meter in the valve? and how do we regulate it?

Its a pressure Guage and showing how much oxygen gas is left inside the cylinder. Indicetor on green mark means it is full and on Red mark means it is getting empty and it is a time now torefill the cylinder.
