Thank you so much for the kind words. She's the love of my life and I couldn't do anything without her. We hope you find someone too. Keep searching and you will. Thanks again.
You're right. We like to put ours close by just so we can hear it and not disturb others. But yes, some blast it way too loud. Thanks for watching and commenting your thoughts and suggestions.
Great beach tips for especially people to the grandstrand beaches for the first time. And no glass on the beaches. The baby powder on the feet so sand doesn't stick is a new one for me! Ill try it. Zip locks for phone wallets and cameras and keys i like. Water i walk with on beach i actually pour one once out of the bottle and freeze it. Ive found it melts at just about the rate i drink it at is cold. Thanks for the video. Larry
You're welcome. Hope some of them work for you. Yes, we freeze some items too. Like a large Coke bottle with water. It seems to take longer to melt than ice alone, so we stick things like that in there. Thanks for the info as well.
Great tips (and video)! I always take a tube of lip balm (with sunscreen) to keep my lips from drying out :) We picked up a couple great ideas: never thought of using baby powder on my feet - extra thanks for that tip!
I love that baby powder idea! Gotta try it … I also like to pack lip protection such as chapstick. The beach game I like to pack/play is called “Myrtle Ball”
We are just beginning our move to Conway, SC. I love the tips you gave here for going to the beach. Do you have any suggestions on best beach areas to check out that have bath houses and somewhere to eat if necessary?
There are various places along the Grand Strand that have public parking and restrooms, but we like the Surfside Beach area for the restaurants right near the ocean. And Garden City for the free pier. And NMB is great for a laid back vibe as well. We travel all around the beaches here, and hope you find one that fits you. And the Golden Mile in MB and Cherry Grove Point in NMB are two super quiet places with no high rises. Thanks for reaching out.
You guys should come to Wilmywood NC the home town of Michael Jordan .. Stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel on the river walk and review the restaurants along the riverfront and take a family cruise onboard the many river cruise boats !!! Just across the river is the USS North Carolina Battleship which served this country during WW-2 .. Next visit the Film Studio where Dawson Creek was filmed !! And if you have time visit Wrightsville Beach a short 20 minute drive from the downtown river front !!
Wow, that place sounds like it has a lot of action. We'll definitely have to look it up and schedule a trip that way. Thank you so much for the suggestions. We'll see if we can make it there one day soon.
@@BeachinwiththeBoones located just 60 miles north of Myrtle Beach !! There's alot of attractions with both the River and Beaches !! Weekends are really busy !!!
We stayed at Carolina Beach, NC a couple of years ago - a great beach! We spent a day in Wilmington - a great town with shops and boutiques; the Battleship, many restaurants and of course, Dawson's Creek locale! Would love to return!
She got it from Belk a while back. She's in the process of finding more like that one. If so, she'll comment. Other's have inquired about it as well. Thanks for the complement.

are they people that goes around selling items u mentioned in video in case I forgot to bring them?
Not really. We usually bring all those items. We try to collect some throughout the year and put them in our beach bag.
I thought metal shovels were now illegal on the beach
I think they still are - did you see one in the video?
I think so
