I just had my Dopa scan last week and it's normal. I'm happy yet sad that I have yet to have a diagnosis. I love your presentation I think you're quite honest. Many thanks.
Many thanks to you @Auggies1956! 🙏 I hope you can get some answers. Maybe you have another form of Parkinsonism that is still treatable, just not with levodopa.
I’ve been taking mucuna pruriens for several years, for restless legs syndrome. I resorted to this after having a strong adverse reaction to dopamine agonists. I haven’t had any side effects. I have a tremor, which so far has been diagnosed as essential tremor, but I have a family history of PD. Not sure whether the mucuna has any effect on my tremor.
I’m glad you decided to try this for the RLS that’s very interesting. And I commend you for trying the supplement over the Dopamine agonist as they overall just don’t seem very effective based on anecdotal report. Generally, dopamine agonists can have nasty side effects too.
👌🏻 So, in answer to your question Parkinson’s begins often with resting tremor as opposed to an action tremor. Action tremor worsens with effort and resting tremor tends to improve with movement and use of the wrist and hand. For example, squeezing an object tightly can stop or slow down tremors in the hand with Parkinson resting tremor.
well balanced report...many thanks!!!
Great to hear that. I appreciate your feedback!

Early stages of parkinson tremor start with action tremors
I’m sorry, is this a question?
@@parkinsonsdiseaseeducation yes

Pill rolling tremor will come when we put in specific position other wise not?
Pill rolling tremor will likely occur at rest. Certain use of the hand will slow or stop the tremors, like gripping.
