Beautiful. Effortlessly breaks free of convention yet remains in the heartland of musical delight.

A musical delight to listen to when the nightmares come.

These videos are a precious time capsule from an era of beauty and music. A tonic for this year. ❤️

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE that they are still doing shows from home, but I miss the SOTW. Some of my most anticipated new music throughout the year. It's crazy to me that this is just a throwaway cut-away instrumental song within the bigger picture of the two hour show. I was really hoping to attend another live taping this year. What a treat it is to be there in person

if Chris Thile plays the mandolin, I am not so quite sure what it is that I do with mine

This is a special song of the week, and I agree, this will probably be a Punch Brothers song, and if it's not, it should be seriously considered

To boldly go where no mandolin has gone before

I bet this will be a punch brothers song like how Jungle Bird started as a song of the week

Chris - a modern day Jack in the Box with a mandolin. Sproing.

Kind of a Studio Ghibli/Joe Hisaishi feel to some parts of this. Beautiful!
