Today we are launching our new male mental health campaign, 'Stand By Your Men', which aims to inspire you to get talking to the men in your lives in the hope that they may ask for help if they are struggling. In light of this, Nadia's husband Mark Adderley joins the panel to talk about his own battle with depression and alcoholism, and giving his advice to those who may worry that their partner is suffering with their mental health.
