As I said it's an Urban legend, but yeah I researched a little and the last hurricane that caused damage in Tampico was on 1955. Yeah sometimes happens a thunderstorm or some heavy rain but nothing like Delta (i'm currently on Cancún and it's the first time I see something like this) and people here says that delta wasnt as strong as Wilma, not Even close

Really good accent! First video of yours I have ever seen, so I wasn't sure if the accent was genuine or part of the character, especially as you had a good command of English. So I looked at a couple of your other videos and I was astonished to discover that you ARE English! From somewhere around Newcastle, I think?
