And all positive news here of course...apart from being reminded of the harsh reality that so much time passes between such excellent productions as Deadpool & Wolverine and any sequels that may follow. I know we will see these two legends making cameos in other superhero movies. But four years before we see another Deadpool & Wolverine movie? Poor Hugh will be 60 by then. I know good (and in this case great) things take time. But Hugh and Ryan aren't getting any younger. The process should be fast tracked when it comes to making more movies of the quality these guys are capable of putting out.
one thing that was cheesey about the last guardians of the galaxy movie is that it ended exactly like thor love and thunder… with the characters running forward in slow motion before the end credits. i guess that’s a formulaic way of saying and they lived to seek out new adventures or something.
one thing about the mcu with actors is they are making their characters more “expiring” in the future… meaning when a character is too old to play them either they have to bring back the character as a new actor or pass the torch to miles morales… so in the future, people perceive spiderman as a different person, etc. the originals are longer perceived as the actual versions of the heroes. compare that to the dceu where they are instantly grinding out and churning out that bruce wayne is batman and clar kent is superman. that will likely never change there. mcu, possibly not so much if they keep passing the torch.
considering the wait since Deadpool 2 and Deadpool and Wolverine, It isn't surprising that there will be a wait for the next one. They need to bring in the live action X-Men after all. what ever happens, I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next.
If they were to do a 4th deadpool movie i would love proper deadpool corps team up movie with Ryan reynolds as deadpool blake lively as lady pool matthew McConaughey as cowboy pool nathan fillion as headpool a young actor or actress as kidpool and peggy the dog as dog pool.
Agreed on this Charlie and Ryan would likely push for a Deadpool x Wolverine sequel or a solo Wolverine movie also considering Hugh Jackman's age on playing a live action Wolverine again is on the line.
The way he said that being able to bring a little bit of happiness into a world that feels the way it does is incredible. He does these movies for the fans and that’s it and that’s why they are leagues above most other Marvel movies.

Deadpool is NOT actually in the original X-Men animated. He is shown twice as a figure in Wolverine or Sabretooth's mind. He has zero speaking lines and doesn't do anything. Stop saying he was in the show.
