The movie was awesome what a comeback even the editing felt like one long episode ,and I loved that worth the wait ,but I wish they would've had a show ready within this same universe with Derek's son as the main character.

if you did not watch the tv show this movie will not make any heads or tails. WATCH tv show first or you will hate it. this is more of a season 7 layout rather then a stand alone movie.

They never explained the age gap between Scott and Allison. Obviously Crystal looks the same age as everyone else but they never bring up if she has aged in death or if she's still 18 like she was when she died. And in either case, mentally, she should still be 18 so to me it feels like they should be in completely different stages of life where he's ready to build a family and she's still just a teenager who hasn't even finished high school.

And then they're adopting a 15 year old who doesn't know either of them? Honestly didn't get why that responsibility would fall on Scott rather than Malia who is actually related to Eli and proves throughout the movie that she knows and cares about him. Maybe she's more of a cool aunt than a mother but I still think Eli would be more comfortable with her than a guy he hasn't met since he was three and a previously dead girl who just tried to kill him and his dad and is partly responsible for him actually dying.
I loved how excited everyone was about the movie and it seemed like the cast and crew really put a lot of love and care into it but when it comes to the script there's just too many things that gets glossed over and unexplained and even feels retconned at times. I think that if it had been an entire season rather than a movie then that extra time would've made a huge difference.
I personally think the responsibility of Eli would be Scott because, he is Alpha and its the only way Eli would be safer and stronger :/ but i do agree with what you said about him being closer to his aunt and, that he should have stayed with Malia instead of Scott 🤔
It makes sense it’s Scott he’s not related through blood but both him and derek made it very clear they were brothers
To be fair I haven't watched the film yet but I think you're thinking like a human here, and what you say makes sense in that context.
However, from a werewolf point of view, Derek considers Scott to be his brother. First of all Derek was Scott's Alpha back in the day and Scott then essentially took over that role when Derek lost his Alpha status (without being killed). They remained close, so who better to look after your kid after you're gone than (a) your "brother" and (b) the Alpha who can really teach him the ways and look out for him? Not only that, but by being a True Alpha, Scott demonstrated extraordinary personal qualities.
The question should be: why _wouldn't_ Derek want Scott to finish raising his boy?
@@sweeperboy maybe the True Alpha should have taken responsibility for protecting his pack by holding the Nogitsune down, instead of letting a man with a son, a man who lost almost his entire family in a fire, do it instead?
@@sweeperboy If Scott was such a good person and alpha, as well as being really close to Derek, then why hadn’t he seen Eli since he was 3 years old? If he really cared and wanted to be a responsible alpha and friend then he would’ve already gotten to know the boy while he grew up.

The movie was great I really loved and enjoyed it ❤️ but apart of it was missing I was really sad because Dylan O'brien was not in it i literally was heartbroken 💔 if there will be a next part make sure he is in it

Loved the movie, hated that Derek died unnecessarily. Made no sense to me. I don't mind that Allison came back but the way they just killed Derek off made me sad. And just one teeny glimpse of Stiles would've made the whole movie even better
I think I can speak for everyone saying we want another movie but more time dedicated to making everything fit better than it did in the movie don't care if it takes longer I rather a well done movie than a rushed one
I think Crystal regrets leaving the show after season 3.i think that's why says she wished she had taken more time to take it in and live in the moment

During the theme credits, They really show up front and obvious big text the players haha, I was just waiting and i was so mad when Dylans name did not come up and then jeff's did which meant no more actors... I knew right away and was like DUDE! He wasn't in the sixth season till a blip and to think scott would go through with something as big as this without calling him, "oh he's busy with his FBI lajfljasfj" No lol he'd be like hey dude I know your busy but allisons back and we don't know what to do they might come for you to, k bye.
