I think calling Gungans S Tier is probably overstating things, to be honest. Without their datacron they have only a fraction of the power. Still good, certainly, but you're not going to be using Leia or Bane on them any more.
I think you're right because it feels like we haven't had a big meta shift since the first release of a GL. Everything since then has been an iteration of a GL, but the shift happened with SLKR and GL Rey. So it feels like it's about time for a radical shift
At the very least i think we can safely assume what the next raid will probably be and that they'll require the great mothers, baylin, ezra and GL ahsoka. Probably fighting waves of night troopers.
The movement of razor crest is both interesting and worrying for me. I am a few months out from unlocking executor, and I haven’t invested any kyros in BAM yet. Now I’m conflicted whether I should hold off and see or keep him as a high priority
I'd say its worth still investing in BAM because you will need him at R7 for BKM at some point anyway. Depends on how high up she is on your priority list after you get Executor.

They make a ship for og boka and the darksaber boka gets an admiral seat. Give paz a ship and og mando his naboo fighter add a new character and they can crew another new ship. You got yourself a fleet!

We can add Axe Woves and have him or Bo Katan be the commander of Gideon's Imperial Cruiser from Mando season 3 as the new capital ship
