Borosil need to improve their after sales service. I have a 42 Lt OTG prima for a year and the temperature does rise more than 150-180 and despite trying all the contact numbers for the service centres no reply except whatapp messages .

I am confused between prima an pro which one is better?
prima & pro is almost the same, pro is the little upgraded version, just some design, color, and a little bit of built quality rest of everything is the same.

Borosil sabse bekar otg hai kabhi mat lena. Bahar temperature kuch aur set kro andar kuch aur rehta hai. Service center valo k bhi samj nahi aya. Mera otg bekar pda hai same 48ltr hai

go with agaro 40L, it has all the features you need if features and capacity are your need

both are the same with the almost the same price, the one difference that you will find in both of them is convenience, 40L is little bit easy to use.
i would suggest go with 40L.
phillips one is another great option but under your budget, you will only get the 25L option which lack of convection feature which will eventually ruin your cooking experience for the large member.

From a price prospective borosil is good, and if you are considering features they both have almost the same features.
customer service of morphy richard is a little better.

it has improved design & a little bit built quality.

daal, chawal, coffee, reheat are the functions of microwave
samosa, biscuit,pizza, tikkipaneer tikka toasting, chips or baking, toasting, grilling are the functions of OTGs
most people buy microwave & OTGs separately. if you are a regular user. but if you use these functions occasionally you can go with a Convection Microwave oven where you will get microwave and otg functions in one.
the choice is your's Both OTG+ microwave ovens will cost almost as COnvection microwave oven.

i would suggest if you have space issue and not use oven or otg regularly go with convention microwave oven and if you do not have space issue or you do baking, toasting, grilling on a regular basis go with separate OTG and separate microwave, in some it will (OTG & microwave) cost you way less than convection microwave oven.
