"only" 4 skills? You will struggle with what to use when sometime in the game so it's more than fine. I'm like half way through the game and the only ultimate I have is Seraï's so idk
That's what it looks like for the moment. I've gone passed level 14 and entered spoiler territory but nothing has changed gameplay-wise besides getting the final party member. I wouldn't call this game all that involving but it's still pretty fun and the bosses are all awesome. Sometimes enemies have like 8 locks while casting and it would seem daunting but you can always heal off the damage major enemies can do if you consistently have enough combo points to use mending light.
4 skills, an ultimate and a whole bunch of combos between characters. You can also freely switch between characters at any point even when activating a combo so it feels more like you have a team using 20+ abilities at their disposal
