Thanks man! We were using Okuma Salina 6000, we love it. I think you could go even smaller if target rockfish specifically. Maybe a 4000. The 6000 is great and you can use it for other techniques and species. We use the reel for multiple species and sometimes want the larger line and drag capacity.
Nice video Good to see you boys back
Thanks Oleg!
I bought the Buffalo kill bag you guys recommended and could not be happier with the purchase! Its perfect size
That’s awesome glad to hear that man!! 👍👍

NOMAD IS THE BOMB FOR SURE ...

Good to see you boys back.
Thanks Troy!

What a great day of fishing you guys enjoyed! What spinning reels are you guys using?

Nice Catch.... How far up Northern Calif Coast?
North of San Francisco
What place or beach were you fishing at or city or state
We are fishing the northern coast of California, just north of San Francisco
Guys we’re in shallow.
Yes sir
really irresponsible to be C&R at a depth that causes barotrauma. Lame AF.
We are fishing 40 feet and less. We also have a descending device on board if you need we it, which we won’t at 40 feet and less.
@@DDFishingCo you could see the eyes bulging out and that canary barely made it back down.
If they make it back down I don’t see how that would be irresponsible 40 feet is not going to mess anything up to badly
