Everytime I see the entrance to your garden I think of the 1993 film The Secret Garden. I love gardens with twists and turns that reveal a surprise at the end. The herbs and vegetables look so happy and lush. I love using herbs in flower arrangements as well as for cooking. The oven burgers look absolutely scrumptious.

Everything looks so delicious, but I'm overwhelmed by the look of your English muffins as you bite into that luscious crispness. Nom! When you're filling the rings, I think you might find it easier to use your large scoop. The gizmo in it separates each portion and usually turns out about right. Another fabulous longer post! Great recipes=neat hamburger oven meal-they must be good if you turned on the oven in the middle of the day in humid NY in the summer! On the oatmeal bake that's a lot of baking soda but it always looks grand with tons of healthy blueberries! I definitely need to try to make that one. Your gardens are wonderful! Hopefully you can eat the tops of the carrots and celery... ps. other chefs have made english muffins and they always say how darn good they are so I better try that one too! I had to look up a lovage plant and all its uses and also the catbird which looks beautiful with its tail. Thank you for posting! As always, best from thankfully still rainy Colorado!

Just made the oven baked hamburgers and they were delicious. Made oven roasted broccoli and cauliflower as the side and they cooked together so super easy! Just recently came across your videos and my husband and I are enjoying watching so much. ❤ The broccoli soup with goat cheese is my new favorite soup.
A bit of "shinrin- yoku" Japanese for " forest bathing...relaxes the senses , body brings calm and peace...so needed in this chaotic world of ours.

I always liked English muffins. They remind me of Eggs Benedict, a favorite breakfast of mine which I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy lately. Maybe it's time. I've been making your oatmeal casserol regularly. We love it! I only use 5c of oats bc we prefer them a little moister. Also I put in a lot of walnuts. It's such a treat to have them in the freezer!

Looking at your hedges reminds me of the time in my youth when I grabbed the hedge cutters and shaped my mother's hedge to look like a snowman.
While I admired it and thought it looked great, she was not very pleased about it.

Well I have to admit I have never cooked hamburgers in the oven this way, but am doing so right now! I actually had planned on making a meatloaf with the ground beef I was using. I was watching your video as I was getting things ready for baking the meatloaf and had some cornbread already finishing up in the oven. I got to thinking, why not make meatloaf burgers?! I mixed my meatloaf and vegetables and seasonings as usual, but did not use an egg or other binders. Not only did I cut time on baking, but also on the mess of a loaf pan and saved an egg in the bargain🙂 Win-win!! They are in the oven as I type this. I can hardly wait to give them a try. Thank you for sharing this awesome idea!
