I've never ever seen them really teach... Maybe a "this is how you make pasta" "this is how you filet a salmon" "one of us will be cooking beside you"... But not a full on tutorial like this

That says a lot about restaurant food. It's basically a question of how you'd like your fat, sugar and salt prepared.
