Good to see an other one of these from you, I always enjoy watching these because it reminds me of how far they all have come. Miihi has been adorable since the beginning, and her vocals have always been really good as well. We get to see her dance in Tokyo Boot Camp, so we'll save that till then. Rima, wasn't one I was watching at this point. I thought she had talent, but I wasn't a big fan, she has since grown to be one of my favorites.
Mako, Miihi, and Rima all three auditioned at the same time and their dream was to debut together. So we know how that turned out. Yeah, Mako was a blond at this time.
This is like my 10th time watching this episode and I’m crying again 🥹 Baby Miihi and Rima did great!!!
Some people might see this as a negative, but one thing I really like about the show is that it really gives you the full range of possible contestant types (hopelessly out-of-their-depth longshots who are tragically desperate, unassuming diamonds in the rough who don't seem like much but will their way to the top, born stars who dominate/awe-inspire, weaker contestants with natural charisma/star power/the right mentality, technically skilled performers who just don't have that "it" factor or have a mentality that hurts them, etc.) instead of just being the best of the best. It's a really nice balance that really gives you a complete picture of the career path.

JYP asks all who audition to sing and dance. They just didn't show Miihi's dance coz they were saving her dance skills as a surprise for later (Tokyo Boot Camp).
You got Mako's name right. A is always pronounced with an ah sound in Japanese. Like Mayuka is Mah Yu Kah.
Miihi was so good from the start, and so adorable. Rima didn't really start winning me over performance wise until the 2nd part in Korea, but I could definitely see the huge potential.
It would be helpful if you could post more frequently on the Rainbow Project.i waited so long
