Joker definitely cares however it's in a sinical type of way, he cares for Gordon, Bruce, Robin (Specifically James Todd) Harley but the thing he cares about most well besides Batman is his Chaos Joker cares about the mental state of his "Friends" if you call it that for example he broke Jason to get to Bruce just to create the Absolute Masterpiece that is Jason The time we see Joker actually stop caring is finally once Bruce starts laughing at Joker and Joker is like who are you your not Bruce, shot Barbara to get to Gorden (yes yes yes ultimately led to getting to Bruce BUUUT Joker had no idea Barbara knew Bruce and no idea she was Bat Girl) You can just say Joker loves causing Chaos then making sure the chaos he caused was appreciated by his "Friends" but usually it's not soooo yeah Anyways awesome reaction my guy
