यह तेज गति वाली मछली तेल की गंध के साथ नाव में आ जाएगी, इसलिए यहां मछली रखने के लिए समय-समय पर कीमा बनाया हुआ मांस तेल में भिगोना चाहिए।
मछली को हुक के साथ पकड़ा जाना चाहिए, नेट के साथ नहीं। एक तरफ मछली पकड़ने का काम हुक से होता रहेगा और दूसरी तरफ दूर-दूर से मछलियाँ यहाँ आती रहेंगी।
