i kinda hate when they say "terrence killed his brother" since it wasnt techinically him, it was the animatronic. he didnt know that c.c. would be crushed and die
He would still be charged for involuntary manslaughter(murder without intent, which can be caused by reckless behaviour which would apply in Terrence/Micheal case) though, so technically speaking Terrence/Micheal is still considered a murderer.
