Wow, lucky you!!! My parents used to spend the winter near Malaga in a village. All we have is Arizona! Not the same...
Love the upswept hair! All the white buildings, gorgeous flowers and plants. In so much shaded walkways I wonder how they stay so fresh and beautiful! Great trip!

Awesome little holiday, and not too bad of a place to get stuck in, but a cancelled flight is such a nuisance and a hassle. Sometimes it might add to the adventure, but it can also completely leave you with a bad after taste... oh, well... at least you got to stay the extra night at a very nice hotel.
Thank you to you and your friends for taking us on your holiday. Glad you managed to get home in the end. I hope a letter or email was sent to BA. Nobpdy minds delays if given the right information.

Your Airbnb in Frigliana was fab! That pool, the streets, flowers, views!
The shower in the Hotel in Malaga! I was imagining that one of your friends would have to stand in the big wardrobe, while the other showered!😂 Looked like a very cool and trendy party hotel, beds in the pool area 😮😅.

What a lovely place to holiday. I loved every bit of the video. I smiled at your cold water swims. I totally understand adjusting to cold water swimming. If you were to come visit western Montana, there are many mountain lakes. They are fed from ice melt, and are always cold. Then...the custom among more hardy citizens than I...is a January 1 Polar Plunge. They go for a swim in one of those lakes.
Lovely! You all looked very relaxed about the cancellation, which is the best way to deal with these things.

That was lovely, Ali! I nearly went to Spain when I was 8 or 9 years old, but Daddy rolled the van on the autobahn about a week before we were to go. I see I missed a lovely time, even minus the prosecco. I would have been over the moon to see the goats and all those cats. Thanks for the videography!

Thank you for sharing your experience in my beautiful country. The south is amazing, but the north is worth a visit, too. There are lots of things to see and do in beautiful Galicia, Asturias or Cantabria! I hope you visit Spain again. And if you come with your family, your girls can practise a little bit of Spanish, too. By the way, your hairstyle suited you! Thank you! Hasta pronto!

What a beautiful place to visit. So clean and well cared for. All the homes so beautifully decorated, the views and all those stairs...you would be in shape living there. I wonder how they deal with getting garbage out? Gorgeous pool, air b n b and restauraant cuisine. So nice to get away with hour friends. So much culture, nature, cuisine and scenery.

Thank you! I can answer the garbage question :) After 21:30 they hang their bags of rubbish on hooks outside their houses to be picked up but the bin men :)

What a wonderful trip. Beautiful trip. Is Spain far from you? Being in Texas, I’ve never heard anyone say they’re going to Spain for 3 nights. Glad you had the chance to get away with friends. You definitely got your workouts in with all those steps everywhere.

Shame BA communication was so poor when the flight was cancelled but it looked as though the hotel you stayed over at was comfortable and you had a fun night. Thanks for taking us along! 😎

So glad you had a lovely holiday, you were staying very high up in the village, but it looked beautiful. I used to work at the restaurant that is just a bit higher up than The Garden Bar so had to walk up there twice a day, I’m not sure I could do that now! It was so nice seeing you and your friends enjoying somewhere I know so well😊
Wow that would be a work out! We had excellent thigh muscles by the end 😄 I think next year I’ll do some stair exercises for a couple of months before we visit 😅 Absolutely gorgeous place where you live, so beautiful and the people so friendly xx
A beautiful video. Thank you. Regards cold water swimming it might be useful to watch Everyday Athlete Rach - lots of good advice and safety around this sport. Advice is to enter cold water slowly to regulate your breathing, before swimming. Plunging straight in can cause cold water shock - resulting in an involuntary gasp and inhalation of water. Good luck and enjoy swimming 😊
Glad to see you had a relaxing time. All I will say is you are ok drinking Prosecco at 6.19 am as the sun is over the yardarm some where in the world….😂

They put us up there - the whole flight actually! That was the good thing about it, we weren’t in an airport floor!

😄 I did! I took a sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover 😂 The sheets in the airbnb were linen which I have now learned I’m fine with 😃 So I didn’t have to use them :)

What a fun trip! I'm heading to Spain (Barcelona) at the end of this week.
I feel like I’ve been on a mini break for the past 40 mins. It looked a lovely place, pity about BA but EJ are no better!
I know that area well have visited family in salobrena and almunecar which is near frigiliana it is such an unspoilt area x

It looks like you had a lovely vacation with friends in a beautiful place and although the last two days were a bit frustrating . Glad you had a nice time after your flight was cancelled, and then being bumped up on the flight wasn't all bad either. BTW, your hair looks lovely on you being pulled back.
