@@snowbird2893 Exactly. What type of insane casino has the front plexiglass gone? So you can just reach in and help yourself??? Am I missing something?
Probably an agreement the manager has with the customer cause he dumps heaps of coins in via a method which can't be done with the glass on. Those chips he won would be stuck on the plexi glass for many many many more average players, even if they did push it to the edge, which would mean without the glass and the chance of stuff to fall on the floor, the manager probably thought it wouldn't be a huge loss even if the tower fell, it's the way they're set up, to rarely fall with the glass but the sheer number of coins the guy puts through would counter thr lack of glass, if all that made sense
Or maybe because it's all his in his machine making people think he is out winning these amounts for a couple hundred in quarters. Lol. Or maybe Mike is just not so smart.
In light of the plexiglass being gone for this one, I think how it ended was fair for both sides. I wouldn't do any without the plexiglass again, this way there is no question on the outcome. I hope you and Mike do not let this ruin a friendship.
You were being way too kind to them. If they hadn't paid to put the glass in, that would be their problem. Not yours. But it seems tampered with. And that particular machine would NOT have allowed bounce back, even if the glass had been there. The way everything was stacked would support it holding itself together at a forward angle, long enough to fall down the chute. It seems the owner knows this. But couldn't figure out how to achieve bounce back. So they removed the glass on purpose. Without the glass, the stack can't support itself until it falls. So it's guaranteed to spill your winnings. The rules must be clearly displayed. They should also be able to tell you the chances of winning if asked. And why didn't they pay out the 2x $10,000? You could've taken this to a small claims court if you wanted.

That was a win if I ever seen one.Glass was removed should have brang a net...Business relationships are hard sometimes, but remember Mike and you care for each other.
They have no clue about life and gambling machines. These machines went bye bye when casinos stop using hard currency in their machines. they switched over to billing machines. When these machines were in use, they only had the denomination of Quarters\50cent\and casino dollar coins. The only rewards allowed by the gaming commission back then was free dinner tickets, and room comps. Gold would not be in the machine, because it would exceed the tax limit for a quarter machine. It's also illegal to just give someone gold. Vegas found a way around this by making a machine that pays you a certain amount, that allows you to buy gold from them. Everything in the coin pushers can't be taxable, so they never stack them high enough. matter of fact I've only seen a few with 3 quarters on top of each other. These games were gimmicks, you would not win much if at all.
I used to cut school in high school and go to a small town outside the city and play the gambling machines. I always lost whatever I had , usually about 5 dollars a trip. One day I won 20.00 or so and the guy refused to pay me , I got a bit loud and 2 guys came out from the back and asked if I wanted to leave beat up , or nopt beat up, I chose not beat up and never played gambling devices again . Best thing that could have happened to me I figure.
Just my two cents but that $20 roll in the left hand corner was definitely screwing you. Because it got lodged in the drop down, it was causing a dam effect on the coins and backing them up. Also once the "well" fell you can see that they used unrolled bills as the base of the well to keep it from moving. That is some shady #$$ %$^% right there. They rigged the game even from the start.
it's funny, after he had to turn the camera off to "Move It" the chips that were preventing the stack from falling were gone and the stack fell almost immediately after turning the camera back on. I hope people know this is entertainment only from his garage or basement and NOT a real casino. I have never seen a coin pusher without gutters on the sides.
@@jimmycolvin4970 yeah, i've never seen a casino that has hardwood flooring instead of carpets. If something doesnt make sense, it's usually a little bit of a fib !
It would seem to me that there would have been another way to put coins in with the plexi in the front. It was the owners decision to remove the plexi, and by doing so increased the chance that towers and such would be knocked out of the machine. With this in mind, they could have made a modification, such as putting a more accessible coin coin feed or a plexi window that was 2/3 the way up. The owner decided to remove the plexi all together, so anything that falls out of the machine is his lose, not the person playing the machine.
Great win! I'm not sure how I feel about the outcome.... I've always thought more clear-cut rules would be better. I just think as tall as that structure was without the plexiglass it would have fell out! Not sure I'd play that way again.

I would say that you and Mike can still be friends is the best part. I agree that if they wanted the stuff to fall back, they should've put the plexiglass back on the machine.
I have not read comments,, nor watched the entire video when I originally made this post.. Don't doubt yourself Josh you can do it. Now I have watched the whole video. 1st congrats on the win. 2nd that situation of that possibly happening should have been totally addressed before the first quarter fell. Just any of the other rules that are put in. Glad you are still friends though. That's the important part. God bless you and your family Josh
Wow. Did no one catch that he used so many more quarters then he said he'd had. And every time the camera cuts out the wishing well moves forward a little bit. So disappointed!!!!!
This is why you shouldn't be playing by these weird playground rules. You both had a credible argument. This channel doesn't really feel like it puts out legit coin pusher videos anymore due to all the strange rules and conditions.
If you want to continue playing where you dump quarters but want to avoid another situation like this, ask if they can install a half or 3/4 sheet of plexiglass.
That is a hard one. There was a rule, (if it comes out you lose it) in play, however with that setup there was a 50/50 chance the tower would fall forward, and if the tower was out of play then there was no way for you to recover your Buy-in. Its a tough situation, I can see both sides. In retrospect, I think if I were you I would have stopped playing , got Mike and try to make a deal. Maybe something like splitting what was on the floor in half or it all goes back in the machine and if he gets to place it back in then you get another cup of coins or you put it back in and get no more coins. But having a third party make the call probably prevented more strain in the friendship. I would either insist on no towers over 6 inches high or no more plexiglass out when I play.
Generally, unless terms and conditions of use or an exceptions clause in user agreement specifies that prizes falling outside of the field of play explicitly belongs to the casino or that the prizes must go down the chute from the play area in order to be claimed, legally speaking you are entitled to the winnings. I am sure that this has caused a change in the rules or user agreement, but I am glad you got the winnings you were entitled to and that your friendship with Mike was not damaged.
It passes me off to know yet another Josh was taken advantage of! I'm sure by now they've won a ton of money off that game. Why have it up if Noone can win. That store is in the wrong 💯% gonna let everyone spend they're money like that it's almost shameful
Dunno if this has been asked or not... the "find" function didn't highlight the keyword "edit"... so I'll ask anyways... what's with the edit / machine being re-loaded @8:53 ?
It's always good to know that you and Mike are figuring it out with the owner. Sure, there are rules and all that but the situation changed for you and so the rules changed... I'm glad you're fine with losing some of it.
LOL the guy filming IS the owner. No actual establishment is going to allow him to film. You can buy these coin pusher machines fairly cheap and just set up your phone to record, add in some background noise on top of your audio track and you got a half million views on TH-cam.
I think it was a fair go. If that little bucket had fallen out upside down then it would be different. However, there needs to be an understanding reached about how equity gets divided up when everything is said and done. I would never have thought they would leave plexiglass open so it could bounce all over the floor, that seems to be asking for trouble.
I'm sure you and Mike will be just fine. But I do think wholeheartedly, that they handle this very badly and unprofessionally. My love and respect goes out to you..... the other guys, well not so much.
Yea, that would've been crazy an fun law suit if they didn't give you the money. There is no rule saying you can't dump as much coins as you want. That's the point of the game is to drop a coin an hopefully it pushes them out so you can crash in. To basically deny the winner his prize after gambling his chances is to steal his money which by law is illegal. I would've turn that law 6,000 to 60,000. Punishment for doing bad things isn't suppose to be nice for the law breaker.
I don't get why he played a machine that had clearly been tampered with. The front glass panel should not be missing. Winnings shouldn't be able to fall out of anywhere but the winning chute. The machine was not designed to bounce back loot. So the owner cheated by removing the front view glass. And stealing winnings that fall out of it, instead of cascading down into the chute.
Are y'all SERIOUSLY THAT GULLIBLE that you think all his videos are real???!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 These "coin pusher games" are in his & his friend's basement & are all set up. He invents these crazy stories to entertain the brain dead people that actually think this is real 🤣🤣🤣
Mike was right. You get a distinct advantage by not having the plexiglass, so if you AGREED that whatever comes out is dead, that's fair. Plus, you knew what the caveat was when you started playing; so if you thought that you couldn't play it w/out it falling out then you shouldn't have played it. I'm glad you were satisfied with the result though.
I think you deserve that win . But a word of advise next time leave the plexiglass in and have the extra quarters sitting out . No one knew which way it would fall and who's to say that if the plexiglass was up that it wouldn't have fallen the same way ? CONGRATS on the win . 💜💙💚🥰
Sure glad it was only gold and not silver. They never would have given you the silver worth tens of thousands...😂😂😂 Glad you won. Stay blessed Mr Silver
I see how this is supposed to work. The coins, because they are round, are choosing the path of least resistance, the weight of the center thing means it is very likely (and is) diverting most of the coins around it, especially combined with that little ramp. Man the urge to kick the machine during it. Of course the owner is going to say 'no', it's his profit. It would not have fallen back into the playing field, it would have slid straight down.
Tough call on this one. Mike's always been more than fair with you and I can see his point here. Maybe call it even...no money gained or lost...and move forward knowing the exact rules.
I never played this but we do have it here where there is a half plate of plexiglass so things do not fall out. If it does fall out the machine it should be yours you knocked it out! If it was theirs it would have fell back in and stayed in the machine. I think, you should have got what ever fell in the slot bottom or on the floor! Next time, I would place my body in front of the machine that way if it goes to fall on the floor it would have to go through me first!!!
do you think i believe this, what casino is it at, and it flew out the window, omg yea ok why not just lift the window and scoop it out, cool watching, but i don't believe it, iv seen these in casinos and they don't fall out no window, its glass not plastic, you can delete what i said here, i don't care, show the back ground of the place, like raja slots is real,
Disputes are always problematic; each side thinking they are in the right. The obvious way to settle this is to say: Fair enough, you take your winnings back, give me my stake money. Call it quits, and move forward with a clear conscience. simples!
That's a win... It fell forward!!! It would have went in the hopper ,, if the glass was there??? Why would Mike even dispute that??? It would have hit the glass and went down.. if u ask me...

If it were REAL then yeah... but being this 💩💩💩 is in his or his parent's basement, not likely gonna happen lol 😂🤣😅😆
It passes me off to know yet another Josh was taken advantage of! I'm sure by now they've won a ton of money off that game. Why have it up if Noone can win. That store is in the wrong 💯% gonna let everyone spend they're money like that it's almost shameful
*Where are you playing this?*
And if the glass wasn't off of the front of the machine, it would have fallen in the chute.
Agreed
I couldn't believe that manager refused to pay you even though it fell and went in the hopper
That's why Plinko should have the front glass to prevent that from happening
17:34 your welcome🤗
Good Afternoon My Good Bro Joshua Barkley & God Bless You & All Of You're Whole Family This Evening
Dunno if this has been asked or not... the "find" function didn't highlight the keyword "edit"... so I'll ask anyways... what's with the edit / machine being re-loaded @8:53 ?
To me, if it's not in the machine then it's a win. I don't care where it goes!!!!!!
And I’m happy you were able to resolve this. I have never seen this before. I was trying to help push lol❤️
@@JimmyTheSaintDailyVideos jel much? I think it is fun to watch.
Looks like the right side will go😱
A win is a win is a win. You got chisled. Mike should have awarded you that TOTAL win. You can't change the rules at the bitter end.
Should file a complaint with the gaming authorities ..
lol the "owner". Even the front has no glass. But that's a cool DIY machine though for content.
People actually believe this is real?,lol
ugh that roll of 20s and big stack of quarters piling up to the left and getting stuck for a bit had me biting my damn nails lmfao GREAT VIDEO!!
I think it was a fair go. If that little bucket had fallen out upside down then it would be different. However, there needs to be an understanding reached about how equity gets divided up when everything is said and done. I would never have thought they would leave plexiglass open so it could bounce all over the floor, that seems to be asking for trouble.
Anything that goes off the edge of the table would be a win 100% of the time
I'm sure you and Mike will be just fine.
These "coin pusher games" are in his & his friend's basement & are all set up.
I really enjoyed watching it! Don't believe any of it !!!
Have a nice day !
I think you deserve that win . But a word of advise next time leave the plexiglass in and have the extra quarters sitting out . No one knew which way it would fall and who's to say that if the plexiglass was up that it wouldn't have fallen the same way ? CONGRATS on the win . 💜💙💚🥰
Well... my nerves were shot up until when it all fell.
Sure glad it was only gold and not silver.
They never would have given you the silver worth tens of thousands...😂😂😂
Glad you won.
Stay blessed Mr Silver
I definitely would go to a closed machine, not worth losing a friendship or your ability to use their machines.
I wish you could film the collection area where all the coins drop that get pushed off!
ick a side and go for it don't go back and forth
The fact that they gave you everything but the gold proves that they knew it was wrong, just not willing to admit it, dang pride anyways!
Looks like those big chips were Magnetized ...
Table running backwards...surprised they dont have fans pushing the cash backwards. I think I would go some place reputable.
Seems like they would have guards around a machine with that much gold and money. No plexiglass so anyone could reach in? Unreal
Camera turned off and square chips moved around …. 🤣🤣🤣
Tough call on this one. Mike's always been more than fair with you and I can see his point here. Maybe call it even...no money gained or lost...and move forward knowing the exact rules.
Who’s this Mike guy? What casino is he playing in? These videos are cool but I doubt legit.
I understand, but take the win and don,t complain.A win is a win and well played!!
do you think i believe this, what casino is it at, and it flew out the window, omg yea ok why not just lift the window and scoop it out, cool watching, but i don't believe it, iv seen these in casinos and they don't fall out no window, its glass not plastic, you can delete what i said here, i don't care, show the back ground of the place, like raja slots is real,
Well done Josh. Hopefully your friendship with Mike continues to grow. Let this setback slide and get on with it.
Wow definitely was a hot mess. Glad you compromised. Good luck on the next session.
You had video proof!
I’d be pissed if my basement coin pusher ripped me off too!
That should've been yours. You can't control how the chips fall.
you said the rule was anything that hit the floor is dead so you shouldn't have gotten any credit for it..
I can't wait for that tower to fall. You got this 👍 🤑😁
Sounded fair and guys get over it rather quick. Not sure what the end result is. I’m stating what you and Mike agreed on.
The plexi being removed was a factor. But since they removed it i believe that was fair
it shouldn't matter where it fell, the coins were pushed off, thats the point of coin pusher. you push it off, you win.
That's a real pickle for both of you. I see both sides. I guess it's one of those agree to disagree. Glad you got a win!
Whoever beetle was this is real is really fooled!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
I feel that if the glass was there it might of went on the playing field but it also might of dropped in to make you a big winner
