50 lakhs to 54 lakhs made more money... however cumulative approach is also important.... how many times u would be able to do property transactions in life... it will be much less, compared to share market trnasactions of 10 lakh you will be able to do more number of times... than 50 lakh transaction. So i would say if your probablity is higher in making money from smaller amount then that smaller amount trnasaction will fetch u more money with time... provided you are disciplined, well informed well read and always take well educated decision

Guruji, I am very much influenced by your wisdom on investment. I am currently 27 and into central govt job, but facing a issue with investing in real estate. My father bought flat in a small town recently, but as he is retired, I have to give half portion of emi (appx 12k). But now my work place is in Kolkata, and thinking to buy flat there. But then, I have to pay emi for parental flat, and also my kolkata flat, and both are used residentially, not rental yield. I am new in job, and therefore not much savings.
Don't expect high rental rate in small town but value does appreciate. So keep it, always looking at rental yield is short term. But if paying emi is causing issue with month to month expenses then sell it and move on.

Parents ko cocatta le kar jana or is parental home ko rent per dena is the solution simple😂
