16th July 2024 24 hour time lapse 4k

I pointed a camera up at the sky and recorded it for everyone to see. It is fully automated so hopefully it will keep going. Only thing I do is make the descriptions when I have time.
My purpose was primarily to show off patterns in nature, but recording a 24/7 time lapse also gives rise to much more. My initial idea was to record in realtime straight to a website and later have users choose at what frame rate to play the footage back, i.e. realtime, 2x speed, 4x speed etc. I might pick this up in the future.
I wanted a fully automated solution so this could keep going as long as possible, so a raspberry pi camera records 1 photo every 12 seconds (slightly longer at night to allow for long exposures). Once a day these images are turned into a 1080p, 60fps video which is in turn uploaded to TH-cam. At the end of the month the entire months videos get concatenated and uploaded, and that video also gets sped up by 200 times to make a 3 minute video.
